We run an equipped back office operation to handle all communication and billing. Supervisory staff employed is available round the clock. We provide Help Desk facility in our company for all possible assistance to our fleet on roadside and provide replacement vehicles in case of brake down or undue delays. Help desk monitors' all our vehicular movement and its utility round the clock.
 

Radio Communication
We have provision of tracking our entire fleet through R/T sets and mobiles. Tracking mode and system is provided as per our client's requirements.
 

Employee Safety
We are highly concerned about your employee safety and security. To ensure this we have the following procedures in place:

• Female staff is always accompanied by security guard during night in case of last drop
• Ensure that the female staff is dropped at home
• Tracking of the vehicle by the backend staff
• All vehicles are fitted with GPS and they are tracked round the clock Helpline no. displayed in all vehicles
• Provision of vehicle in 30 minutes, in case of breakdown, within Delhi NCR

Vehicle compliance

As a routine procedure, the following is ensured in all our vehicles:

• Vehicle cleanliness is checked
• Vehicle spare wheel, seat belts condition is checked
• First Aid Box
• Fire extinguisher
• Availability of torch
• Fog lights during winter season
• Umbrella during rainy season
• Cars perfumes/deodorants
• Display of driver's ID Cards

Drivers Hiring

• Minimum qualification is class X
• Maximum age is 40 years
• Antecedents are verified by the police authorities which is done on quarterly basis Verified valid commercial driving license
• Have complete knowledge of Delhi NCR
• Drivers also undergo a safety training before joining
